COP26 Talks: WWF's Carter Roberts x HP Inc. CEO Enrique Lores

Our special series of COP26 interviews continues, featuring Carter Roberts and some of the world's best-known CEO's. This time, Carter talks with HP Inc. CEO Enrique Lores.

The role of the private sector in climate action has been a major theme in Glasgow, both on the streets where activists demand more, and inside the halls of the Blue Zone where companies are committing to do more to achieve net zero as producers and buyers, up and down the value chain. It's a race to seize what SPEC Kerry hopes is the biggest economic opportunity since the Industrial Revolution, while also saving the planet.

These are issues that HP has worked on for a very long time, even pioneering recycling for computer punch cards in 1966, well before municipal recycling initiatives were common. Now, HP's sights are set on net zero and they've pledged to get there by 2040.
